What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain relationships with homebuyers, Realtors, builders, financial advisors, and referral partners.

  • Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application through closing.

  • Analyze financial information and recommend appropriate loan solutions.

  • Build and manage a consistent referral pipeline through networking and relationship development.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lending process.

  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company lending guidelines.

  • Grow a sustainable book of business through outstanding client experiences and referral relationships.

Qualifications
  • Active NMLS License required

  • Current annual mortgage production of $7M–$10M

  • Previous mortgage lending experience required

  • Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan products preferred

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

Our compensation package is designed to reward performance and support long-term growth.
