• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current independent licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD in the state of New York.
• Ability to provide services without supervision, with no disciplinary actions in the past five years.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in utilizing technology for counseling purposes, requiring a stable internet connection.

• Experience working with adult populations, particularly in telehealth settings.
• Demonstrated ability to create personalized treatment plans and effectively engage clients in their own mental health journey.
• Background in using therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based practices.

• Salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on hours worked and level of experience.
