  • We're passionate about quality, usability, and simplicity. We build delightful and accessible products that display data and insights across multiple platforms.
  • We follow the principles of user-centric design thinking to make data meaningful and actionable for our users.
  • With this role, you'll be part of the team focused on prescription-based continuous glucose monitoring products for people living with diabetes.
  • You'll design clinically grounded experiences that help patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers understand glucose data, support diabetes management decisions, and reduce friction across onboarding, daily use, follow-up care, and therapy adjustments.
  • You'll work with a variety of stakeholders including Product Management, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, User Research, and Human Factors from design concept to approvals and delivery.

Where you come in:

  • You'll iterate on design mitigations and gain approvals for proposed solutions.
  • You'll help foster a culture of support, continuous improvement, and design excellence within the team and all those who partner with us.
  • Be positive and solutions oriented. Build up our teams, departments, and company through words and actions. Learn from existing members of the team and mentor your colleagues.

What makes you successful:
  • Prior experience as a Senior or Lead UX Designer delivering complex digital health, medical device, or clinical software products.
  • 6+ years of UX or product design experience, with demonstrated strength designing patient- and provider-facing experiences in healthcare, diabetes care, or other regulated product environments.
  • You must have a portfolio that demonstrates strong end-to-end UX design process, including clinical problem framing, workflow mapping, data visualization, interaction design, usability testing, and design rationale.
