  • Run project-based financial reports, including utilization, realization, and gross margin by project/client
  • Analyze monthly operating costs and variances, flagging issues to the CEO
  • Ensure timely and accurate U.S. federal and state tax filings, in coordination with outside tax advisors
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Ensure intercompany invoicing and transactions with India and Brazil operations are accurate and timely

  • Support review of customer and vendor contracts (MSAs & SOWs) from a financial and risk perspective
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
  • Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as assigned by the CEO
  • Lead and develop the accounting, finance, HR, recruiting, and IT teams. Manage and mentor a few small teams across the US, India, and Brazil. Build scalable processes and drive continuous improvement

Top 5 Qualifications:

  1. Hands-on GAAP accounting experience, with exposure to IFRS given our international operations
  2. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of the monthly close and financial statement preparation
  3. Experience in a multi-entity organization; professional services or technology services industry experience strongly preferred
  4. Proficiency with QuickBooks; experience with PSA tools such as NetSuite OpenAir a plus
  5. CPA or active CPA candidacy strongly preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • U.S. multi-state payroll experience
