Job Description:

The Strategic Sourcing Manager - Professional Services position will manage the strategic sourcing and contract lifecycle of professional services including but not limited to marketing, communications, people solutions, corporate services and facility management. They will lead and advise on negotiations when assigned, perform 3rd party supplier due diligence, and perform market/industry research to help build and enrich a procurement pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic sourcing for new professional services purchases - conducting needs assessments, managing RFx processes and negotiating enterprise agreements.
  • Own the renewal management for existing contracts, initiating reviews 90+ days before expiration to optimize terms and right-size licenses.
  • Analyze and build TCO and ROI models, so contracting teams can build contracts to support KPI compliance by our supplier base
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to assess needs and build requirements for RFx events.
  • Maintain supplier relationships through structured business reviews, performance tracking and issue resolution.
  • Feed market intelligence and sourcing insights back to the Professional Services Category Manager to inform broader category strategy.
  • Engage and participate in special projects or complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of experience in procurement strategic sourcing and supplier management
  • Deep knowledge of consulting and service deliverable-based contracts
  • Strong analytical capabilities - comfortable with spend data, utilization metrics and TCO modeling

The pay rate range for this job position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.

The national pay rate range is $98,230 to $186,220
