• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate care continuity.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas is essential.
