As an LCSW at our detox center, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and associated mental health issues. Your role will be pivotal in creating treatment plans that address the complex interplay of psychological and behavioral factors affecting our diverse patient population. Our clients range from age groups, backgrounds, and experiences, requiring sensitivity, understanding, and adaptability from our team.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, focusing on psychotherapy and substance use issues.

• Ability to implement solution-focused interventions and demonstrate proficiency in therapeutic methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information to clients and collaborate with team members.
