• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic care for patients receiving hospice services.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings with the interdisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, ensuring they are empowered with knowledge and coping strategies during difficult times.

As an LCSW-C at our Hospice Center, you will work with a diverse group of patients experiencing serious, chronic, or terminal illnesses. Your role is critical in providing compassionate support to enhance the quality of life during their final stages of care, focusing on mental health wellness, grief counseling, and family support.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• A valid LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in social work or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy techniques, particularly solution-focused approaches.
• Strong communication skills that facilitate productive interactions with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year.
