ย About the role:

The Global Talent Acquisition Programs Manager manages programs that are critical to the scalability of talent acquisition at Westinghouse. You will independently lead complex, multifaceted initiatives that drive digital transformation, modernize candidate experiences, and allow us to scale for growth.

You will modernize the programs that are critical to talent acquisition with a laser focus on the talent communities that will drive growth; and partner with our contingent labor staffing business to deploy certain programs.

You will report to the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition.

This position will be remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the assessment, selection, and deployment of advanced recruitment technologies, including Candidate Relationship Management platforms, automated interview scheduling, augmented writing.
  • Strategically design and grow targeted talent communities for priority talent segments by using modern digital engagement tactics and technology platforms, thereby helping the team build robust pipelines of qualified and engaged prospects/candidates.
  • In partnership with Corporate Communications, implement social media campaigns that position Westinghouse's story to the potential candidates.
  • Maintain a forward-looking perspective on emerging recruitment programs, digital marketing trends, and candidate engagement innovations. Lead pilot initiatives and scale successful programs globally as part of our commitment to digitize, modernize, and energize talent acquisition through bold, strategic digital transformation.
  • Manage talent acquisition vendors to maximize utilization and investment, which includes recruitment process outsourcing.
  • Lead the review and improvement of traditional programs - including job boards, employee referral programs - to ensure we are competitive and maximizing investments.
  • Train the Global TA COE - including our contingent labor staffing business - on the effective and compliant use of talent acquisition programs. Provide ongoing guidance to the operational support, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement of these platforms - ensuring global, regional, and local consistency.
  • Develop, maintain and analyze comprehensive metrics that will support the investment in all programs, such as candidate traffic, drop-off rates, and source of hire. Optimize sourcing strategies and reduce associated spending, energize recruitment outcomes, and improve overall recruitment velocity.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders including (not limited to) people leaders, corporate communications, legal and HR to ensure alignment of technology and branding strategies with evolving business priorities and inclusion objectives.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years creating, deploying, and improving HR programs, including 3 years of experience deploying technologies that modernize the recruiting process, such as candidate relationship management, texting.
  • Experience in service delivery of talent related processes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of deploying and continuous improvement of a CRM within a growing organization.
  • Experience with articulating and translating technical expertise for the functional user.
  • Experience building business case scenarios

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $112,400 to $140,500 per year.
