Job TitleSales, Territory Manager - Heart Rhythm Management - Image Guided Therapy Devices (Minneapolis MN)Job Description

As a Territory Manager within our Lead Management team, you will serve as the strategic business planning leader by actively growing and developing the cardiac lead management business. You will provide solutions to physician's needs by managing every lead safely, predictably and responsibly, and increase physician adoption of Excimer laser technology associated products on appropriate patients through representation, training, relationship building and in-service activities.

Your role:

  • Achieve revenue growth goals in line with company expectations; organize assigned accounts relative to their potential revenue generation and develop a territory plan; negotiate and persuade the decision-makers of the accounts about proposals, offers, terms and conditions needed to achieve sales objectives

  • Develop and maintain the appropriate communication skills to enhance the ability to generate physician interest and propensity in the use of the Excimer laser and associated products; assess motives, feelings and opinions of decision-makers and influencers of the accounts and decide what approach or action to take

  • Maintain and improve communication with: Clinical Advisors, Field Service Engineers, Management and all individuals with influence on the account

  • Initiate, facilitate and stimulate account support activities: clinical support, technical service, maintenance and implement hospital safety proceduresof lead extraction products

  • Travel: Minnesota - Minneapolis, St. Paul, St. Cloud, Duluth; Occasional Travel: Western WI, North Dakota, South Dakota

  • You've acquired 5+ years of experience including a successful track record in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment

  • You have a BA or BS in Business or similar field, or equivalent education/experience

  • Knowledge of Excimer laser technology required; pacing technologies, electrophysiology, and related CRM devices is desired

  • You have the ability to effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, business planning, successfully managing a budget and utilizing an expense reporting system

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

  • Your skills include strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgeably engage key partners to present a value proposition

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $182,750 to $330,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
