Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving inventory, pulling and staging orders, operating warehouse equipment, and assisting with overall inventory management. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory

· Pull and stage orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner

· Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

· Operate a portable dock as needed

· Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization

· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

· Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements

· Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the warehouse manager

· Maintain 5S standards

Job Requirements

· Ability to stand and be on your feet for more than 50% of the workday

· Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)

· Ability to operate a portable dock

· Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to lift and move materials as required

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

· Team-oriented with strong work ethic
