About you:

  • You are comfortable presenting complex findings and insights to a senior level audience.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics to assess and "success" across our digital experiences.
  • Identify and frame strategic problems, own the research lifecycle, translate insights to influence both short and long-term product decisions and roadmaps.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to extract key insights from data and communicate findings in ways accessible to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support product teams across software and hardware to plan, launch, and analyze surveys
  • Work closely with XFN partners to demonstrate the value of quantitative user research and guide product direction.
  • Demonstrate excellent statistical and scientific judgement, producing rigorous results in a fast-paced environment, and setting a high technical standard.
  • Generate and communicate results, crafted for the intended audience.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects of varying timelines, degrees of complexity, and scope.

Experience And Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar
  • Experience with software tools for gathering (Qualtrics, survey tools, Medallia, Full Story, Glass Box, etc.), analyzing (SPSS, SQL, SAS), and presenting key data visualizations (Powerpoint, Figma, etc.).
  • Experience with product research, either in an end-to-end, usability, or generative setting
  • A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables.

  • Strong strategic research skills, with the ability to develop and deliver a research strategy.
