Position Title: Experience Designer Lead Location: PA - Pittsburgh, PA - Philadelphia (Locals Only) Work Status : Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 remote Duration : Contract to Hire Years Of Experience Required : 12 + Years Industry Background: Banking or Financial Job Description Transforms complex tasks into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs through the entire experience lifecycle, from the first-time user to the expert. Leads and guides the discovery of customer and business needs through contextual inquiries, generative and quantitative research. Uncovers customer latent needs and creates vision to meet those needs. Sets the design direction and strategy. Communicates the initiative and product to others, through user journeys, storyboards, prototypes, wireframes and other materials. Sets the direction for usability of new and existing products, adjusts to align with shifting customer expectations. Establish research methods and strategies, conduct studies, and present findings that will inform improvements in the customer experience. Roles and Responsibilities: • Partner with other designers and developers to create simplified user experiences and customer journeys across our digital experiences. • Attend weekly team reviews with the product team, understand requirements and work within deadlines to deliver. • Review experiences with design leadership after product approval and work to ensure the experience is designed as reviewed by legal, risk and compliance partners Must Have Technical Skills: • Ability to align to leadership needs and expectations • 10+ years’ experience • Native Mobile Applications • Expert-level Figma experience- 6yrs • Project management skills/self management
