Job Description:

The Senior Research & Insights Leader will lead research initiatives that uncover actionable customer, user, and market insights. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide strategic decisions through qualitative and quantitative research, helping the organization deliver impactful business and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute research programs that inform business strategy and customer experience improvements.

• Manage research projects from initial planning and methodology selection through analysis and final recommendations.

• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Design, and business teams to identify key research opportunities.

• Conduct interviews, surveys, usability studies, focus groups, and other research activities to gather meaningful customer feedback.

• Analyze complex data sets and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights.

• Present research results and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Advocate for data-driven and customer-centered decision-making throughout the organization.

• Support innovation and continuous improvement efforts by identifying emerging trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in UX Research, CX Research, Market Research, Human-Centered Design, Behavioral Research, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-level or cross-functional research initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to influence strategic business, product, or customer experience decisions through insights.

• Proven record of turning research findings into measurable business impact and actionable outcomes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience within financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.
