Job Description – UX/UI Senior/Lead - AI Assisted

Overview
We are looking for a UX/UI Senior/Lead - AI Assisted to drive the design strategy and execution of digital products. This role combines hands-on design work with team leadership, ensuring high-quality user experiences aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers.
  • Define and drive UX/UI strategy, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process (research, wireframes, prototypes, UI).
  • Ensure consistency through design systems and guidelines.
  • Advocate for user-centered design and usability improvements.
  • Review and provide feedback on design deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Senior Designer with AI tools (Claude Design, Figma AI, etc).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design skills.
  • Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of user research, usability, and interaction design.
  • Experience leading UI/UX projects and/or mentoring design teams.
