• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health conditions and concerns, which will serve as the foundation for individualized treatment plans.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences, promoting trust and openness in therapy.
• Strong organizational abilities, enabling efficient management of a diverse caseload and related administrative responsibilities.

While not mandatory, previous experience in a remote counseling role or familiarity with teletherapy platforms will be beneficial. Experience working with specific populations, such as those experiencing trauma, stress-related disorders, or chronic mental health issues, would also be an asset to our team dynamics.
