Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to understand their mental health needs and establish comprehensive treatment plans.

  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, tracking client progress and therapy sessions using HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary, employing risk assessment techniques to ensure client safety during emergency situations.
  • Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation meetings to enhance clinical practice and share insights with colleagues.

Qualifications
