Senior Experience Designer We are seeking a Senior Experience Designer to drive end-to-end UX for complex digital products, platforms, and services. In this role, you will take complex business and technical requirements and turn them into intuitive, user-centered digital solutions. You will lead experience strategy across multidisciplinary teams, leveraging research, information architecture, and modern interaction paradigms to create seamless digital products. What You'll Do Experience Architecture: Map detailed user journeys, define intuitive information architectures, and establish UX frameworks for content-dense digital platforms. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leads to balance user expectations, technical constraints, and strategic business goals within an Agile framework. Modern Interaction Design: Utilize design systems, accessibility standards, data analytics, and emerging interaction patterns (including AI integration) to refine product usability. Design Rationale & Storytelling: Articulate experience decisions clearly to executive stakeholders, backing up concepts with research, testing data, and strategic vision. Privacy & Personalization: Design cohesive experiences for both authenticated and unauthenticated user flows with a strong focus on privacy and data ethics.
