This role is fully remote, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life while working in an environment tailored for optimal support and flexibility. You will use our user-friendly online platform to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring that you have the tools and resources necessary for effective remote care. Our outpatient office setting fosters teamwork and collaboration among our mental health professionals, even though we are physically distant.

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions with clients using our secure online platform, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs.
• Collaborate with clients to create customized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices to effectively address their mental health challenges.
• Monitor client progress over time, utilizing ongoing assessments and feedback to refine treatment plans and ensure positive health outcomes.
• Document and maintain comprehensive client records in compliance with ethical standards and applicable laws, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Engage in collaborative care with other mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Stay informed on the latest therapeutic techniques and legal requirements in the mental health field to provide informed and effective care.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse clientele spanning various demographics and mental health backgrounds. You will engage with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their specific circumstances and cultural considerations. Your role is pivotal in fostering a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their feelings and develop actionable paths toward healing.

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Current active state licensure as a mental health therapist, with one of the following credentials: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Strong foundation in providing individual therapy, with the ability to adapt various therapeutic modalities to suit client needs.
• Proficiency with technology and comfort in navigating remote session formats, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful client relationships and effectively engage with team members.

• Previous experience working in a remote therapeutic environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices to enhance remote client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload while maintaining high standards of care.

We offer competitive annual compensation in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
