• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to identify needs and challenges, followed by the development of personalized care plans tailored to individual goals.

• Collaboratively establish and measure therapy milestones with clients, providing them with guidance and support as they work towards their personal growth and recovery.

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active LCMHC license in Vermont or eligibility for licensure.
