Job description

Are you passionate about transforming how organizations manage their people? Do you thrive on guiding clients through complex HCM implementations and love the challenge of making payroll and workforce management run seamlessly? If so, we'd love to meet you!
We're looking for a Dayforce HCM (HR/Payroll) System Consultant to join our growing team. You'll be the trusted partner who helps clients unlock the full potential of Dayforce. This role is designed for a creative, collaborative, Dayforce-savvy professional who excels at guiding solutions and communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead clients through the full Dayforce implementation lifecycle-from discovery workshops and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Configure and optimize Dayforce Payroll using best practices and tools.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to align processes, reduce complexity, and ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate engaging client workshops that bring solutions to life.
  • Lead testing, payroll balancing, and cutover activities to ensure a smooth launch.
  • Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer, empowering clients to succeed long after the project wraps.
  • Share insights, mentor teammates, and contribute to building our collective Dayforce expertise.

What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of Dayforce implementation experience in Payroll.
  • 3+ years of HCM systems experience in consulting, HRIS, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in business process mapping, testing, and system configuration.
  • Excellent communicator-able to lead workshops, build trust with clients, and explain complex concepts simply.
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented; experience with SaaS HR systems (UKG) is a plus.
  • Dayforce certification is a bonus, but not required-we value experience and passion.

Why Align HCM?
  • Impact: Help organizations simplify pay and HR processes for thousands of employees.
  • Growth: Continuous learning opportunities and the chance to deepen your UKG / Dayforce expertise.
  • Flexibility: Remote-first culture with the tools and support you need to succeed from anywhere.
  • Collaboration: Work with a team of experienced consultants who genuinely enjoy solving problems together.
  • Variety: Every client is different-no two implementations are the same.

Benefits:
Align HCM provides professional development, ongoing training, and benefits to our outstanding remote team:
  • Base Salary plus Incentive Pay
  • Medical, Dental, Vision
  • Life Insurance & Disability Coverages
  • Health Savings Account
  • 401k Match Program
  • Unlimited Vacation Time
