Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations, and make informed recommendations to enhance treatment plans.
• Provide brief, focused therapeutic interventions for clients seeking mental health services, ensuring that patients feel heard and supported.
• Collaborate with primary care providers to recognize, treat, and manage psychosocial issues in the context of a holistic approach to health care.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress, diagnostic information, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational and federal regulations.
• Develop relapse prevention strategies tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring they have the necessary skills to maintain stability.
• Coordinate the delivery of behavioral health services, linking patients with community resources and additional treatment providers as needed.
• Advise and educate patients on self-management techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.
• Consult with clinic management and interdisciplinary team members regarding behavioral services and program evaluation, striving for continuous improvement.
• Effectively communicate with both patients and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 87,000 and 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a sign-on bonus as a warm welcome to our new team members.
