• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid academic foundation in the field.
• Active and valid LCSW license recognized by the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy with proven competencies in various therapeutic modalities.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
