Job Overview:

Pay Range $55hr - $60hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 12+ years of experience in z/OS and z/VM system administration.
  • Full understanding of the z/VM and z/OS operating systems and their components.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, install, configure, and maintain mainframe z/VM and z/OS systems software and hardware.
  • Manage Unix System Services, SMP/E, hardware configuration, capacity planning, performance management, and ISV product support for z/OS.
  • Handle CP, CMS, RACF, GCS, RSCS, VM/VTAM for z/VM.
  • Ensure excellent understanding of System z architecture.
  • Build Mainframe LPAR and perform OS upgrades.
  • Manage catalog and IBM system utilities.
  • Install patches and fixes.
