JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Department of Biobehavioral Health at The Pennsylvania State University (http://bbh.hhd.psu.edu/) is seeking applications for an Undergraduate Research Assistant to join the 'Omics' Discovery laboratory. Candidates for this position should have experience in the areas of public health, genetics, biology, and statistics.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Literature review of relevant publications.
  • Harmonization of data.
  • Development and refinement of statistical pipelines.
  • Interpretation of results.
  • Drafting and presentation of abstracts at conferences.

Schedule: will work up to 10 hours per week

Compensation: The starting rate for this job is $16/hour
