What You'll Do

As a key member of our engineering team, you will:

  • Lead civil and environmental engineering projects from concept through construction
  • Oversee design development, including plans, drawings, reports, and permitting
  • Ensure quality and technical excellence across all deliverables
  • Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff
  • Conduct field visits and provide construction oversight
  • Navigate and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's a plus)
  • Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Idaho (multi-state licensure is a bonus)
  • 5+ years of experience in design and construction oversight
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with permitting and environmental compliance
