The work setting for the Licensed Mental Health Therapist is fully remote, offering flexibility while ensuring access to comprehensive support and resources. As a member of our group practice, you will work alongside other healthcare professionals who are equally committed to improving patient outcomes. • Provide consistent weekly supervision to practicum students actively pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in Master’s programs, guiding their professional development.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and families, using a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure holistic care for clients, enhancing their access to ancillary services.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, employing best practices that reflect current research and effective therapeutic models.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and relevant communications to adhere to ethical standards and state regulations.
• Stay informed about emerging research and advancements in mental health therapies to continuously improve the quality of care provided.

Our center serves a diverse range of clients, each with unique challenges and backgrounds. From individuals grappling with anxiety and depression to couples facing relationship difficulties, our Licensed Mental Health Therapist will play a pivotal role in addressing the complex needs of these patients. By providing compassionate care and understanding, you will contribute to their healing process and overall well-being.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• Professional liability insurance to practice independently.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in mental health counseling or a similar role.

• Prior experience providing supervision to practicum students or interns, enhancing the clinical skills of emerging therapists.
• Diverse clinical experience that demonstrates a proficiency in various therapy modalities.
• Exposure to community health settings and familiarity with collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, reflective of experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
