Description

We are seeking an UiPath Developer to join a rapidly growing Automation Center of Excellence supporting a large healthcare organization. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, design solutions, develop automations, and support production deployments.

The team currently consists of three automation professionals and is expanding due to significant growth in automation demand across the organization. This role offers exposure to a wide range of operational and healthcare-focused initiatives while working in a collaborative, highly visible environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of technical automation expertise and business-facing communication skills, enabling them to successfully guide stakeholders through the automation journey from discovery through production support.

Required:

UiPath development experience

Experience delivering enterprise automation solutions

Strong stakeholder communication skills

Requirements gathering and documentation experience

Experience troubleshooting and maintaining production automations

Experience supporting testing and deployment activities

Preferred:

UiPath Developer Certification

SQL experience

Tableau experience

Dashboarding and reporting experience

Experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr.
