We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist clients with their travel planning needs. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with customers, and creating positive service experiences.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing resources are available to help you become familiar with travel suppliers, booking systems, destinations, and client support procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
  • Research hotels, cruises, resorts, vacation packages, tours, and other travel options
  • Assist clients with travel-related questions and reservation details
  • Provide professional and timely customer service
  • Communicate with travel suppliers when assistance is needed
  • Maintain organized client and reservation information
  • Follow up with clients regarding upcoming travel and important updates
  • Stay informed about destinations, supplier promotions, and travel policies
  • Provide support throughout the travel planning process
