About the Role:
Join Wellness Health Services as a Field Registered Nurse (RN) and make a difference in the lives of our patients in Washington, DC. In this dynamic role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care while working closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide support in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington, DC.
