Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to screen, evaluate, and diagnose mental health disorders, ensuring the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Provide age-appropriate psychotherapy services, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to effectively address the mental health needs of children, adolescents, and adults.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, leveraging psychoeducation, discussions, and group therapy processes to foster a supportive environment for clients.
- Participate in clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of care and personal development, attending a minimum of two supervisory hours each month.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community professionals, ensuring a multi-systemic support network for clients, and coordinating care with other providers and services as needed.
- Utilize a user-friendly electronic medical records system for documentation and treatment tracking to maintain an organized caseload and enhance client management efficiency.
- Engage in continuous education to stay abreast of best practices in mental health treatment and proactively share insights within the treatment team.
