This position allows for a flexible remote working arrangement, providing you with the ability to balance your professional and personal life while still fulfilling your dedicated role in our community health framework. You will work closely with a dynamic treatment team that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing while maintaining open channels of communication with clients and their support systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to screen, evaluate, and diagnose mental health disorders, ensuring the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide age-appropriate psychotherapy services, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to effectively address the mental health needs of children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, leveraging psychoeducation, discussions, and group therapy processes to foster a supportive environment for clients.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of care and personal development, attending a minimum of two supervisory hours each month.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community professionals, ensuring a multi-systemic support network for clients, and coordinating care with other providers and services as needed.
  • Utilize a user-friendly electronic medical records system for documentation and treatment tracking to maintain an organized caseload and enhance client management efficiency.
  • Engage in continuous education to stay abreast of best practices in mental health treatment and proactively share insights within the treatment team.
  • Incorporate Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) principles and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) into all phases of service delivery to ensure sensitivity and responsiveness to each client’s background and experiences.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our dedicated teams serve a diverse population of clients, including children, teenagers, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. We also provide specialized support related to family dynamics, developmental needs, and substance misuse. Your ability to connect with each patient and understand their unique circumstances will be crucial in helping them navigate their paths to recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
  • An independent license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) to practice in the state of Oregon.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic medical records and technology for effective communication and documentation.
  • Strong typing skills and the ability to utilize a personalized method for the documentation of client interactions efficiently.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience managing a varied caseload while maintaining effective communication with multiple providers and support staff.
  • A genuine passion for making a significant impact on the lives of clients through behavioral health practices.
  • Familiarity with community resources and the ability to connect clients with appropriate services.
