We’re seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians to support patients and providers by resolving prescription issues, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‐paced call center environment.

Job: Remote Pharmacy Technician – Customer Service (Florida)
Location: Remote (Florida Only)
Pay: $21/hr.
Responsibilities
- Handle escalated pharmacy inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve prescription delays, insurance rejections, and shipment issues.
- Enter and process prescriptions accurately; perform pharmaceutical calculations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and document all interactions.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license.
