If you thrive under pressure and understand that true customer service takes heart, drive, and dedication, we want to hear from you!Note: At this time, we are exclusively hiring full-time remote workers who currently reside in New Brunswick.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound inquiries for a wide variety of clients with professionalism and care.Flexibly switch between different client protocols, date entry, requirements, and tailored scripts.
