This boutique practice has intentionally remained lean, giving every team member the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working directly with an experienced plaintiff's personal injury attorney.
You'll work directly with the firm's owner in a modern, technology-forward practice where your ideas are valued and your contributions have a direct impact on every case.
If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to be an essential part of a litigation team, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Prepare court forms, pleadings, and filing packages.
  • Coordinate service of process and file proofs of service.

  • Assist with case management, client communication, and general administrative support.
  • Work closely with the attorney to keep approximately 35-50 active litigation files moving efficiently.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation paralegal experience.
    • This role is ideal for someone who's ready to take ownership of cases and continue growing alongside an experienced plaintiff's attorney.
  • Strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures.
  • Experience with California e-filing is required.
  • Texas e-filing experience is a plus.
  • Spanish bilingual skills are highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • The attorney embraces technology and AI-powered legal tools to improve efficiency, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leveraging modern legal technology.
Why This Opportunity?
  • Fully remote position with long-term contract and contract-to-hire potential.
  • Join a respected California plaintiff PI practice with more than 15 years of success.
  • Work directly with decision-makers in a collaborative, low-bureaucracy environment.
  • Broad, hands-on litigation experience with significant responsibility and autonomy.
  • Competitive compensation with a target conversion salary of $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience.

If you're looking for a remote opportunity where your work truly makes a difference and you can play a key role in a successful plaintiff PI practice, we'd love to connect with you.
