Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will encompass:

• Providing high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health issues.
• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment approaches.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings to share insights and develop cohesive treatment plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Documenting client progress through regular charting and maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is primarily focused on serving adults and adolescents dealing with substance abuse issues and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will work with a diverse clientele, incorporating culturally competent practices to effectively address the complexities of their situations. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Holds a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
• Possesses a current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Commitment to fulfilling all pre-employment conditions, including tuberculosis screening (annually), background checks (criminal and driving records), drug screenings, and reference verifications. Ongoing compliance with legal and company policies throughout employment is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experiences are preferred:

• Previous experience in substance abuse treatment, crisis intervention, and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Experience working in a remote environment and using telehealth services is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills that promote effective collaboration with colleagues and engagement with clients.
