Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will encompass:

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Holds a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
  • Possesses a current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • Commitment to fulfilling all pre-employment conditions, including tuberculosis screening (annually), background checks (criminal and driving records), drug screenings, and reference verifications. Ongoing compliance with legal and company policies throughout employment is mandatory.
Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experiences are preferred:

  • Previous experience in substance abuse treatment, crisis intervention, and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices.
  • Experience working in a remote environment and using telehealth services is an asset.
