This role is designed to be fully remote, offering the flexibility and convenience of working from home while still being an integral part of a supportive team. You will primarily interface with a range of school-based clients, including low-acuity adults, providing them with mental health assessments, crisis interventions, and case management support. Our digital tools and online platforms enable seamless communication and efficient service delivery in a remote setting.

As a Remote School-Based Mental Health Clinician, your essential duties will include:

• Conducting thorough screenings and evaluations tailored to specific programs, as well as formulating accurate diagnoses based on assessments.
• Collaborating with clients to create individualized and measurable treatment plans that address their unique needs and concerns.
• Utilizing your expertise in psychopathology to implement evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing behavioral health.
• Effectively triaging clinical emergencies by applying established safety protocols specific to our program.
• Maintaining compliance with agency policies and legal requirements while documenting all client-related information diligently.
• Staying abreast of best practices in diverse cultural methodologies to ensure culturally competent care that reflects respect for the values and traditions of our clients.
• Managing your productivity levels according to defined program benchmarks, ensuring efficient use of your time and resources.
• Engaging positively with clients, families, and other providers, enhancing communication to foster trust and collaboration.
• Making timely, ethical referrals to both internal resources and external service providers as needed.

This position specifically targets low-acuity adults within a school setting, including students and their families, who may be experiencing various emotional or behavioral challenges. You will focus on building meaningful relationships that support their mental health needs, providing a safe space for growth and expression.

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work, or a Doctoral degree in Psychology.
• A current LCSW license, which is mandatory for this role.
