This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing remote services to clients primarily located in school settings. As a mental health clinician in this innovative model, you will leverage digital platforms to conduct assessments, provide therapy, and support case management efforts.

As a Mental Health Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive screenings and evaluations, accurately formulating diagnoses based on the assessment of clients' mental health needs.
• Developing and documenting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that these plans are practical, measurable, and client-centered.
• Utilizing your knowledge of various psychotherapeutic modalities to provide effective interventions tailored to improve behavioral health.
• Managing clinical emergencies by triaging situations effectively, implementing safety protocols, and adhering to established consultation processes.
• Staying updated with evidence-based practices and ensuring compliance with agency policies in your therapeutic approach.
• Facilitating timely and appropriate referrals to external resources, ensuring clients receive holistic support tailored to their needs.
• Achieving direct service productivity goals as defined by the organizational standards.
• Communicating consistently with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive and informative atmosphere.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all client interactions in line with both agency policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Continually enhancing your understanding of cultural competencies to provide mindful care that respects the diverse backgrounds of clients.

You will primarily work with low-acuity adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. Your role is pivotal in creating a safe space for clients, allowing them to explore their issues while providing evidence-supported interventions and helping them access further resources as necessary.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work, or a doctoral degree in Psychology.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

While not mandatory, experience working with diverse client populations in remote or school-based settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth modalities, crisis intervention strategies, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams can significantly enhance your effectiveness in this position.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 yearly, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
