As an LCSW at our Detox Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each patient’s unique challenges and strengths, allowing for tailored treatment plans.
• Developing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to support recovery and enhance coping mechanisms.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and addiction specialists, fostering a holistic approach to patient treatment.
• Providing education, support, and counseling to patients and their families, emphasizing the importance of community and external resources in the recovery process.
• Staying informed about current trends, research, and developments in mental health treatment and interventions to enhance your therapeutic practice.

Your role will directly touch the lives of a diverse patient population, including adults navigating the complexities of addiction, those requiring support for co-occurring mental health disorders, and families in crisis. The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to engage patients and families empathetically.
