Role Overview
Our growing remote travel coordination team is currently looking for organized and customer-focused individuals to join us as Customer Care Trip Planners. In this role, you'll assist travelers with organizing vacation details, managing reservation-related tasks, and helping ensure each trip is planned smoothly from beginning to end.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, multitasking, and providing strong customer support in a flexible remote work environment. No prior travel industry background is necessary full onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance are included.
Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to review travel interests, schedules, and trip preferences
  • Help coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Search and compare travel options through approved booking tools and supplier systems
  • Keep travelers informed about reservation progress, confirmations, and itinerary details
