Position Overview

Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position plays a crucial role in providing high-quality mental health support and intervention services within our Detox Center. Work Environment

This role will be conducted remotely, allowing flexible work arrangements while supporting individuals facing challenges related to substance abuse and mental health. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and challenges of clients in detox.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, aligning with clients' goals and recovery paths.
• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, including medical personnel, counselors, and family members, to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Provide direct counseling and therapeutic support to individuals in detox, addressing both emotional and behavioral health issues.
• Monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about coping strategies and resources to support ongoing recovery beyond the detox process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all Federal and State regulations and professional standards.
• Foster a collaborative environment emphasizing respect and empathy, enhancing client engagement throughout the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role includes working with adults who are undergoing detoxification from substances such as alcohol, opioids, and other controlled substances. The role also encompasses providing support for individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders, thus requiring a compassionate approach that addresses both substance use and emotional stability.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure recognized by the relevant State Department of Public Health.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel if necessary.
• A minimum of one year of experience in social work, preferably in environments focused on substance use or mental health.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, essential for effective documentation and team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently while managing a varied caseload, demonstrating strong time management capabilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapeutic services in detox or rehabilitation settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, particularly as they apply to substance use disorders.
• Bilingual skills are highly regarded, enhancing our capacity to serve diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
