This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining high standards of care. You will primarily operate in a school setting, coordinating with educators and administrators to support student mental health needs. • Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients’ mental health needs, history, and psychosocial factors.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing goal-oriented strategies that address identified concerns while promoting client strengths.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on skill-building, peer support, and shared experiences, enhancing clients' coping mechanisms and resilience.
• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department to manage authorization and payment processes effectively, ensuring clients receive timely services.
• Engage with the community by performing outreach and connecting clients with local resources, including educational workshops, support groups, and crisis intervention services.
• Provide interpretation and translation services as needed to ensure effective communication and accessibility for clients from diverse backgrounds.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population encompassing children, adolescents, and adults. Many clients will present a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your ability to build rapport and trust is essential in facilitating effective therapeutic relationships that lead to positive outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current, unrestricted License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, colleagues, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to set and maintain appropriate professional boundaries while demonstrating empathy and support.
• Timely completion of documentation and adherence to compliance standards established by regulatory agencies and insurance providers.

• Experience working in a school setting or with youth populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with local mental health resources and community services is a plus.
• Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care would be beneficial.
