Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions lasting approximately 45 minutes, focusing on solution-based therapeutic approaches to help clients through their challenges.
• Utilize the telehealth platform for client engagement, ensuring minimal paperwork and administrative tasks, allowing your time and energy to be entirely directed towards client care.
• Provide timely referrals to clients based on their preferences, working with demographics that align with your expertise and licensing.
• Engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with fellow therapists to share best practices and enhance service delivery.
• Maintain an impeccable record of client interactions and treatment plans in line with company standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The client population you will be working with primarily consists of individuals experiencing low-acuity mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, weight disorders, and relationship issues. Many clients are actively seeking support for grief counseling. Qualifications

• Must possess an independent therapist license: either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• The position offers an attractive annual salary range between USD 90,000 and 104,000, which is commensurate with hours worked and your level of experience.
