We are looking for a stand-out account executive to join our Insurance Enterprise SaaS sales team. The successful candidate must be a self-starter that works well in a team environment and capable of winning business in complex front-line sales. The exceptional candidate will know how to start meaningful conversations with enterprise prospects in the Insurance P&C space.

  • Present to customers across the spectrum of titles and roles, from the solution user to the executive team.
  • Know how to approach complex enterprise sales, from creating first contact to closing the sale.
  • Understand how to engage strategic and channel partners cooperatively on deals to close multi-vendor business.
  • Own your sales pipeline and quota.
  • Thorough understanding of the enterprise sales process.
  • Understanding of prospecting tools and resources, including LinkedIn and list buys.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time.
  • Superb (written & verbal) communication skills including the ability to understand and present complex technical issues in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and previous experience with building professional and trusting relationships with diverse leadership groups (C-suite executives).

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in sales and growth in a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS environment 
  • Keen understanding of the Insurance P&C space 
  • Extensive experience selling into enterprise-level Fortune 1000 companies 
  • Proven at accelerating sales and closing $1MM+ in business in a fiscal year 
  • Proven at closing large deals of $100k or more 
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to negotiate and build strong business relationships both outside and within the organization 
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills 
  • Proven track record of exceeding new business quotas
