Salary Range: 100% Commission with Draw
Location: Remote based in Utah
Are you a hungry, commission-driven closer with deep ties to Utah’s luxury builders and architects? If you live for high-impact projects in heavy timber, mass timber, and luxury home construction, this is your next big move.
What you’ll do:
  • Remote Utah coverage: win and manage high-value projects in heavy/mass timber and luxury home construction.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close strategic accounts with architects, builders, developers, and timber frame specialists.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to signed contracts.
  • Turn market insights into opportunities, maximize profitability, and champion timber-based solutions.
  • Partner with marketing and operations to deliver a seamless, “wow” client experience.
What you bring:
  • 2–3+ years in luxury home/building products sales in the US Mountain West (timber experience is a strong plus).
  • Relentless, high-energy, “always-on” approach with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Superior relationship-building, executive-level communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Utah luxury markets and key players; familiarity with heavy timber and mass timber systems is a big asset.
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel to close deals and meet clients.
