• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' unique mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions utilizing secure virtual platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients no matter their location.
• Collaborate with clients to set clear therapeutic goals, providing continuous support and adjustments as necessary throughout the treatment journey.
• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic modalities and techniques, allowing for a customized treatment approach that aligns with individual client preferences.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of sessions, tracking client progress and outcomes in adherence with ethical and organizational standards.

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families, who are seeking help for various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and relationship issues. Your compassionate approach will help create a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings openly, facilitating their journey toward recovery and personal development.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential to this role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital to establish meaningful relationships with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding towards the challenges faced by clients is crucial for building trust and rapport.
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities to effectively balance therapy sessions and documentation tasks.

• Experience in providing remote therapy, utilizing telehealth platforms, and navigating the unique challenges that come with virtual counseling.
• Background in working with diverse populations or specific mental health conditions may be advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
