• Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing standardized tools to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and develop a full understanding of their needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, preferences, and evidence-based practices for effective mental health care.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions employing diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness techniques, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Guide clients in exploring coping strategies, while teaching skills that help manage symptoms and improve overall mental well-being.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring the integrity of client information.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, case consultations, and professional development activities to continuously enhance clinical skills, align with best practices, and stay informed about the latest mental health research.

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from USD 63,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
