Delaware Full-Time Remote
Compensation: $115,000-$120,000 annually with full benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
About the Role
This position is designed for an LCSW who values direct client care and a consistent weekday schedule. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and other behavioral health concerns.
Your role will include evaluating needs, providing therapy, tracking progress, and helping clients access appropriate clinical and community support.
What You Will Do
  • Complete intake interviews and biopsychosocial assessments
  • Establish diagnoses within your professional scope
  • Create practical, client-centered treatment goals
  • Conduct scheduled virtual therapy sessions
  • Review progress and adjust care when needed
  • Provide referrals for additional services

Requirements
