Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
This is a client-facing remote therapy role for a LCSW who wants dependable full-time work and a clear clinical focus. You will provide virtual sessions, assess client needs, and help clients move through clinical social work, mental health counseling, case-informed care, and client advocacy with care, structure, and realistic goals.
This position is a strong fit for a clinician who understands how mental health, stress, systems, and practical barriers can affect a client's progress.
Responsibilities
• Hold scheduled telehealth sessions with clients and provide practical therapeutic guidance
• Consider psychosocial factors, support systems, stressors, and client strengths during care planning
• Assess client concerns and translate them into clear treatment priorities
• Maintain clinical notes that reflect interventions, progress, and next steps
• Support clients with skill-building, reflection, and behavior change strategies
• Protect client privacy and maintain a professional virtual care setting
Requirements
• Active Delaware LCSW license in good standing
• Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure
• Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role
• A warm, ethical, and organized approach to therapy in a virtual setting.
• Experience with clinical social work, therapy, psychosocial assessment, or care planning is helpful.
