Job Title: Content Specialist (AI & Advertising)

Location: Remote

Pay: $45 - $52 per hour

Contract Duration: 6-month contract

Summary:

We are seeking Content Engineering Specialists to enhance the quality of large language models (LLMs) used for Advertiser AI agents and performance-based tools. The role focuses on improving advertiser support by debugging issues, assisting with campaign setup, suggesting ad creatives, and identifying optimization opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and review prompts and evaluation sets, create judges, and fine-tune responses in collaboration with Engineers.
  • Conduct analyses, identify inefficiencies, and develop taxonomies to better organize information.
  • Apply guidelines and create templates, processes, and resources to scale content reviews while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Work closely with content and product teams to navigate ambiguity and refine processes to improve response quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in journalism, digital content strategy, production, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in AI prompt engineering, annotation, and conversation design.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and an impeccable editorial judgment track record, particularly in quality control of large text datasets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience editing educational or technical long-form content.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Google Sheets, MS Excel) and/or other data analytics tools.
  • Ability to perform basic data analysis, visualization, and provide content recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising concepts.
  • Experience with LLM writing and optimization.

Education/Experience:
