Job Summary
This role will provide marketing support to Rentokil Terminix Acquisition Wildlife Brands. This role serves as a key link between Corporate Rentokil Terminix Marketing and the Region/District operations teams, as well as cross-functional teams, on marketing strategies and planning. This role is responsible for leading our marketing efforts, encompassing both strategic oversight of external agencies and hands-on management of key channels. The ultimate need is to build a dominant local presence and drive results through high-impact lead generation and lifecycle marketing aligned with overall business objectives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Develop, plan, and execute marketing programs and campaigns to promote local wildlife acquisition brands.
  • Collaborate with product marketing teams and field operations management to create brand proposition, product/service promotions, value propositions, messages, and associated marketing strategies.
  • Lead website and SEO strategy in partnership with external agencies to improve organic search rankings, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements
  • Manage Google Business Profile (GBP) and local listing accuracy to ensure high visibility in local search results.
  • Provide regular reports on SEO performance and recommend data-driven optimizations
  • Plan, create, and manage email campaign strategy, including list segmentation, personalization, content creation, design, and execution.
  • Manage agency relationships, including the review and approval of proposals, budgets, and invoices, to foster strong and effective collaboration.
  • Partner closely with the Performance Media Manager to co-develop and execute high-impact lead generation strategies across PPC, LSA, and Affiliate networks to hit key KPIs and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Business Partners to execute local marketing initiatives for brand awareness, such as managing events and sponsorships for local brands.
  • Build strong Regional/ District relationships and become a true partner, connecting field and corporate to a single mission.
  • Develop marketing materials with the marketing services team, which may include content development which will adhere to established brand standards.
  • Coordinate reporting of lead generation activities and analyze performance, communicating results with the sales and field operations teams.
  • Share marketing best practices from local wildlife acquisition brands with RNA NA marketing services team.
  • Be flexible to support and assume various roles as needed within a small team, always maintaining a partner and customer focus.
  • Able to influence and drive integration of marketing strategy into operational program and planning.
  • Maintain knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts, most importantly lead generation.
  • Possess strong technical marketing aptitude to include mobile marketing and social media, with strong business acumen.
  • Manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities effectively, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Have strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience
  • Experience and/or knowledge of decentralized, route-based service industries is strongly desired; including National and Regional Marketing experience

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a Business Development, or Marketing related subject
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing, including strategy development, campaign management, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with marketing channels and platforms, such as: Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, etc. (working knowledge a plus)
  • Strong background in data analysis, visualization, and using analytics to inform decision-making.

Base Pay Range $90,000 - $110,000 / year
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
Incumbent must be prepared to:
  • Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
  • Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones and etc.
  • Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.

Incumbent is required to have:
