This position is designed to be entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while being a crucial part of our interactive and collaborative team. Our work culture prioritizes flexibility, and while the standard schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, adjustments may be made based on client needs to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes. You will have access to advanced telehealth technology and tools to facilitate client interactions and manage your caseload effectively.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs, employing evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Document and maintain detailed, compliant clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in patient data management.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create cohesive care plans.
• Participate in bi-weekly case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing clinical practice and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families concerning mental health issues, treatment alternatives, and community resources available for added support.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices to continually improve the quality of care offered to clients.

The Mental Health Counselors at We Rise will work primarily with diverse client populations facing a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety disorders, and depressive conditions. Our clientele ranges from young adults to seniors, each requiring a tailored approach that recognizes their unique experiences and cultural backgrounds. Your role will be integral in fostering an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to achieve their therapeutic goals.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques, coupled with the ability to adapt strategies based on individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong capacity for empathy, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex clinical situations effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, valuing diverse perspectives and contributions.
