Work Environment

This position is designed to be entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while being a crucial part of our interactive and collaborative team. Our work culture prioritizes flexibility, and while the standard schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, adjustments may be made based on client needs to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs, employing evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Document and maintain detailed, compliant clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in patient data management.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create cohesive care plans.
  • Participate in bi-weekly case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing clinical practice and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications
